1. Who we are

This website is operated by Exalt Interactive Ltd. (“we”, “us”), registered at Belgrad rkp. 25., Budapest 1056, Hungary. D&B D-U-N-S® number: 40-167-5726. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you actively give us, plus limited technical data:

Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
Newsletter / report subscription: your email address.
Server logs: our hosting provider records IP address, browser type and requested URL for security and abuse prevention.
Analytics (if enabled): anonymised usage statistics such as pages viewed and approximate region. We do not use analytics data for advertising or personalisation.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To send you the trend report and related updates — legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
To keep the site secure and working — legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a safe website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
To measure how the site is used — legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given through the cookie banner. Analytics does not run until you accept, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site:

Web3Forms — processes form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
Tarhely.hu — website hosting, located in Hungary (EU).
Google Analytics — website statistics, only where enabled.

Our hosting is within the European Union, so your visit is served from inside the EEA. Web3Forms and Google Analytics are based outside the EEA; those transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Analytics only runs at all if you accept it.

5. How long we keep it

Contact enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived for up to 3 years.
Subscription emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Server logs: typically retained for a short period by our hosting provider.

6. Cookies

This site sets no analytics cookies until you accept them. On your first visit a banner asks for your choice, and nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is stored before you answer. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_…) to tell returning visits apart. If you reject, they are not set — and any that already existed are deleted. We use no advertising or profiling cookies at all: cross-device tracking and ad personalisation are switched off in our configuration.

You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. We remember your choice for 12 months, then ask again. Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies at any point.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you,
have inaccurate data corrected,
have your data erased,
restrict or object to how we process it,
receive your data in a portable format,
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

Write to hello@exaltinteractive.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top always shows the current version.
